Croatia

We did the “F” in Croatia above the beautiful old city Omis with 330 kids. The kids climbed the mountain to get up the old pirate fort from the 1500s. In the horizon you see the amazing Adriatic Sea hugging the coastline.

We did the A in South Africa on the famous Blauberg Beach with Table Mountain and Cape Town in the background. The kids came from townships nearby and many of them had never seen the beach before event though it is only 20 min away. So we are so happy to have given them a memory that they will cary with them for life.

We did the letter “B” in the desert of Namibia outside Walvis Bay on classic dune #7. 500 kids came from schools in Swakopmund and Walvis Bay, many of them were underprivileged children from nearby townships who had never been out in the desert before. It was an amazing day filled with laughter, music and dance!

The “C” had 540 kids, set in a canola field in Stora Isie outside Trelleborg, Skåne, Sweden. The kids came from several nearby schools in the area to participate. The perfectly ripe and yellow canola, together with the blue sky create a beautiful rendition of the colors of the Swedish flag.

The “D” features 440 kids, and was taken outside Füssen in the Southern Germany. In the horizon you can see the German and Austrian alps. Children came from schools in Füssen and Schwangau. The picture was taken just after sunrise, so the kids would cast long shadows creating a dramatic feel. This beautiful and mystical morning, with the mist hanging over the field will never be forgotten.

The “E” was done in the Dominican Republic with 500 kids, 240 of which were refugee kids from Haiti who had never seen the beach before. It was amazing to integrate more privileged kids from Punta Cana with the less privileged kids and see them enjoying a nice day on the beach together.

Dominican Republic

We did the letter “G” with 500 kids outside Krabi in Thailand. They formed the letter in a palm tree plantation with an epic limestone mountain in the background. All the kids came from the Klong Ji Lad School in Krabi.

The letter “H” in Norway was created by 390 children in Lofoten, who came from schools in Leknes, Ramberg, Reine and Sørvågen. The majestic backdrop, Reinefjorden, is one of the most scenic views in Norway. The children had the time of their life and said it was the best school day in their life.

The letter “I” in India was created by 432 children in Uttarakhand, who came from schools in Tehri, Jundasoo, and Chamba.The production took place at the base of the Himalayas along one of the holiest rivers in the world, Maa (Mother) Ganga. The community said that no program like this had ever come to the region.

The letter “J” in Sri Lanka was created on June 6, 2018, by 500 children from the local Dunkeld and Carfax Schools. The production took place on the lush rolling tea fields adjacent to the Casterleigh Reservoir. Despite rainy weather, the skies gave way for a beautiful and mystical piece of art.
